The problem

Performance check-ins between managers and direct reports were inconsistent — no standard cadence, no structured feedback, and no centralized record keeping.

What we built

Built a recurring automated workflow that schedules 1:1 meetings at preset cadences, sends tailored evaluation forms to employees beforehand, shares completed forms with managers as adaptive cards in Teams, and archives finalized reviews to SharePoint with restricted access.
