The problem

Sales rep commissions and branch financial performance were tracked in disconnected systems, making it difficult to benchmark and compare across offices.

What we built

Built a Python + Flask API pipeline to pull data from Zenople API into Azure, then visualized in key Power BI dashboards covering sales rep commissions and branch-level financial performance — placements, revenue, margins, and profitability.
