Payment discrepancies between hospitals and collection companies went undetected until manual reconciliation — a slow, error-prone process with actual revenue losses.

What we built

Built automated reconciliation flows using Python and Power Automate Desktop for 12 client facilities, running at different weekly cadences to audit and flag payment discrepancies.

Results

• 6 types of discrepancies caught automatically

• Revenue leakage reduced
