End-to-end automated onboarding from offer letter to IT setup

The problem

New hire onboarding involved multiple manual handoffs — offer letters, policy docs, IT setup, equipment distribution — with no unified workflow tracking it end to end.

What we built

Built an end-to-end automated onboarding workflow triggered from an MS Form: auto-sends tailored offer letters for e-signing, chains policy documents, notifies IT for account/equipment setup, and archives everything to a secured SharePoint folder.
